Working Principle:

The raw material enters the inlet of the grinding granulator, and then fall into the conical studio. The rotating knife acts hydrocyclone effect on the raw materials, and by the centrifugal force to throw the particles to the mesh surface. And because of the high-speed rotation of the rotary knife, it generates the shearing action with the mesh surface. Particles between the rotary knife and the sieves are crushed into small particles and discharged through the sieve holes. The mesh number of the sieve、 the distance between the rotary knife and the sieve、 the rotary speed of the rotary knife are combined together to regulate the particle size.

Features：

1.        The sieve is made of stainless steel. It completely solved the oscillating granulator sieve easily being worn, resulting the problem of debris contamination material.

2.        By the way of transverse transmission, it avoids leakage of lubricating oil.

3.        The granulation parts are separated from the motor. Equipment has a large operating space. It is no dead corner, easy to clean.

4.        Device has an auxiliary air-cooled system. It can timely take away the heat generated during the process of grinding and granulating.

5.        According to process requirements, the device can be equipped with a variety of pore sizes and shapes sieves (round、square、outer convex). It adapts products of a wide range.

6.        Inlet and outlet are made adjustable quick-connect bayonets. They can quickly docking with other process equipments.
