Applications:
This machine is a multifunction solid dispersion one-step granulator developed by our company. It can use hot-melt freezing method to prepare taste masking、solubilization、 slow releasing、targeted releasing and other solid dispersion. It also has the function of traditional spray dryer. It fills the gaps of such laboratory equipment in domestic and foreign.
Working Principle:
1. MS hot-melt freezing spray granulating principle
In the hot-melt pot, materials and auxiliary materials are fully mixing, melting. By constant pressure constant current devices, they are transported to the top of the freezer compartment, and then through two fluids pneumatic spray gun. By compressed air, they are atomized into droplets. Droplet is fully contacted with frozen air, to exchange heat transfer and complete the curing process. The parts cured products settle to the collection tub of the bottom of the drying chamber. Exhausts are discharged from spray freezing chamber, in dust removal device to complete gas-solid separation. Product is collected into a collection tub. Exhausts are discharged into the atmosphere by the induced draft fan. According to the characteristics of materials, the inlet air temperature、the supply of material liquid、the compressed air flow、induced draft fan air flow and other parameters can be set by the electrical control system. This will achieve the best production results.
2. Spray drying principle
By the peristaltic pump, mixed materials solution is transported to the top of the freezer compartment, and then through two fluids pneumatic spray gun. The parts cured products settle to the collection tub of the bottom of the drying chamber. Exhausts are discharged into the atmosphere by the induced draft fan. Features:
1. The same device has two functions, namely hot-melt freezing spray granulation and spray drying granulation.
2. The cooling circulation system: The device uses a fully enclosed cool-air filtration system, which can effectively reduce cold media temperature (the minimum can reach -15 ℃), and reduce energy consumption.
3. Nitrogen protect circulation system (optional):according to the prescription process requirement of the customer ,the device uses a fully enclosed Nitrogen filtration circulation system , which can form full nitrogen protection of the material , cutting off oxygen to improve the stability of the product .
4. Atomizing heating system: In order to ensure the continuity of the hot-melt spray, the temperature of the atomizing gas is independent heating control. It is possible to prevent the material in the spray gun mouth condensation, occurs "blocking gun" phenomenon.
5. Hot-melt double screw feeding system: The device uses a segmented heating double screw feeding system, to ensure the continuity of feeding and Shorten the retention time of material at high temperatures. It can ensure the stability of the material.
6. Multi-form spray system (choose one): according to customer demand for prescription process, there are "air atomization" or "airless atomization" two kinds of atomizing device, which can effectively control the material particle size range (50μm-500μm) .
7. Spray drying stage: inlet air passing freeze dehumidification, so it has a higher evaporation capacity. To be compared with conventional spray dryer, the device may appropriate to reduce the temperature of hot air. It is suitable for heat sensitive materials.
8. The device uses a modular structure. It is easy to clean and meets the GMP standards.
9. Process parameters can be controlled through the touch screen and automatically store or output.
