The equipment is mainly used for coating produce tablets, capsules, pellets and other products.

1.        The same device can be replaced to different sizes of pans. The equipment is suitable for different batch size of materials.

2.        Process parameters(inlet air temperature、exhaust temperature、material temperature、fan speed、coating pan speed、peristaltic pump speed) can be automatically controlled by PLC.

4.        The device has a unique tablet temperature feedback control system. By tablet temperature feedback, the device automatically controls inlet air temperature and spray switch. It ensures the stability of the coating process, which can achieve the best coating quality.

5.        The device can be configured according to the needs of customer: the inlet air dehumidification system、the exhaust air dust removal system (water dust removal, cloth bag dust removal) 、the constant air volume system、the coating liquid weighing system、the pneumatic thermal insulation mixing tanks.

14.    Inlet air uses early、middle and high three filters. It can achieve clean area D class clean requirements.

15.    Process parameters can be controlled through the touch screen and automatically store or output.
