Labcoating Series High Efficiency Coater is a highly efficient、energy-saving、safe、clean and in line with the GMP requirements of electromechanical integration equipment. It is suitable for a variety of dosage forms (traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine tablets、pills、micro pill、pellet、water pills、dropping pill、 granules) to pack sugar coating、organic film coating、water soluble film coating、sustained and controlled release coating.
Features：
1. Device equipped with a variety of coating pan. The equipment is suitable for per batch size from 0.2kg to 13kg.
2. Process parameters(inlet air temperature、exhaust temperature、air volume、coating pan speed、peristaltic pump speed、material temperature) can be controlled through the touch screen and automatically store or output.
3. The device has a unique tablet temperature feedback control system. By tablet temperature feedback, the device automatically controls inlet air temperature and spray switch. It ensures the stability of the coating process, which can achieve the best coating quality.
4. It is easy to convert among the different batch of coating systems. It only needs 5 minutes.
5. The spray gun position is adjustable, and can be replaced online. The atomization pressure is easy to control. We also use the pinhole gas path to avoid leakage.
6. Device equipped with different of nozzle pore diameter sizes guns to meet the needs of different coating batch. Atomization pressure has real-time numerical display function. When the pressure less than the set value, the protection function will automatically stop spraying.
7. The machine is full closed and modular structure. It is easy to clean.
8. The device uses the program control system (Manually adjustable、fine tuning、programmable)
