Wet mixing granulator series can complete mixing and granulation by one step. The effect of granulation is good. Features:

1.      The device has an airless atomization function. Adhesive or wetting agents are    aerosolized airlessly by pressure tank and then sprayed pot. The droplet becomes more uniform and more subtle. This can effectively solve highly viscous materials such as skeleton material, extract powder granulation problem.

2.      Process parameters can be automatically or manually edited and controlled. All experimental data can be automatically store or output.

3.      Stirring paddle and cutter adopt frequency control. Speed and current actual value  can be measured and displayed

4.      Conical materials groove make the material evenly roll.

5.      Rotating shaft chamber is inflating sealed. This can eliminate the phenomenon of dusts card axis.

6.      The gap between the stirring blades and the bottom of the pot is very small (0.3-1mm), which can solve the problem of material deposited in the bottom of the pot.

7.      Stirring paddle designs reasonable, running smoothly. It completely avoids rubbing pot phenomenon.

8.      Device has security self-locking protection function.

9.      Stirring paddle uses motor directly connected. Shearing blades uses PTFE soft connection. It has less noise than traditional wet granulation machine.
