Applications:
The device can be used for a variety of pellets and fines functional coating, granulation, drying. It also has the function of blank pellets coating drugs.
Working Principle:
The bottom spray device composes by a conical pot body and a built-in draft tube. The bottom of the pot uses double ducts inlet structure to control the airflow state both inside and outside of the draft tube. Materials high speed movement upwards in the draft tube. When they enter the expansion chamber, fall on the outside of the draft tube. So the cycle continues. Spray gun is mounted in the center of the draft tube. The direction of the gun jet liquid is from bottom to up. This direction is consistent with the direction of the material and air flow. The bottom spray device is mainly used for functional coating of a variety of pellets and fines.
The top spray device composes by a conical pot body and an expansion chamber. Since the pot body is conical to ensure that the fountain fluidized state inside of the pot body. The inlet air flow push materials inside the pot body upward enter the expansion chamber. Since the expansion chamber diameter is greater than the air intake diameter of the pot bottom, the inlet air speed will decline. Because the material self-gravity is greater than the wind force, so the material will fall. The material is reciprocating motion in the pot and extension indoor. At the top of expansion chamber has many spray guns mounting ports. They can be used for the process of granulating and coating to inject atomized liquid. The top spray can be applied to dried, granulating and taste-masking coating and other aspects.

2. Process parameters(inlet air temperature、exhaust temperature、material temperature、fan speed、atomization pressure) can be automatically controlled by PLC.

The device can be configured according to the needs of customer:the hot-melt coating system、the inlet air dehumidification system、the exhaust air dust removal system (water dust removal, cloth bag dust removal) 、the constant air volume system、the coating liquid / binder weighing system、the pneumatic thermal insulation mixing tanks.
6. Spray gun can be replaced online(ZL201420791967.1).It can be completed within 1 minute. At present, the same type of machine require stop to replace. It seriously hampers the continuity and reproducibility of production.
7. The device has domestic and foreign unique air volume control system. (ZL201420791986.4) .The air volume both inside and outside of the draft tube can be adjusted steplessly. In the coating and drying process even though the pill diameter and specific gravity change, the system ensures that flow and drying be adjusted to the best condition online. Other similar devices to regulate air volume through the distributor plate, it is not possible to adjust the ratio of the two.
8. Atomization pressure has real-time numerical display function. When the pressure less than the set value, the protection function will automatically stop spray.
9. The machine is full closed and modular structure. It is easy to clean.
10. The control system is divided into three levels right management. Each level has a password protection.
11. The device has a PID temperature online regulation function .It ensures the temperature stable throughout the coating process.
12. Inlet air uses early、middle and high three filters. It can achieve clean area D class clean requirements.
13. Fluidized space and fluidized air volume are greater than domestic same type of machines. It can effectively avoid in coating and granulating process adhesion and accumulation problems.
14. The device can coat fine particles from 80 to 120 meshes.
