Applications:

The equipment is mainly used for powder granulating and coating, preparation pellets, pellets coating (film coating, enteric coating, protective layer coating). It is also used to mask taste and to color for powders, granules and pellets.

Working Principle：

In the joint effects of centrifugal force、friction and buoyancy, powder materials mixed with the injected atomization slurry. Equipment has five functions of making cores、granulating、growing up、spheronization and coating.

Granulating Features:

1.        Equipment adopts vertical closed structure. The operation process will not produce dust. Materials are less abrasion.

2.        The control system uses PLC programming, process parameters can be set、displayed、recorded and traced back. Operation process and product quality own good reproducibility.

3.        The device has a unique precise structure. The gap between granulated plate and inner wall of the pot is less than 0.05mm. In the condition of little inlet air, it can ensure that the material does not leak. This structure can greatly improve the yield of the product.

4.        Rotary speed、fan speed、spray speed、powder supply speed all can be online adjusted steplessly.

Coating Features（Choose to use）:

1.        It has a higher coating efficiency than conventional fluidized bed. Been tested, enteric coating weight gains up to 5% per hour. If want to coat to acid-proof ，it generally needs only 2 to 4 hours.

2.        The device has a higher coating uniformity. Materials do stereoscopic mixing motion in the rotating airflow. Been tested, it has a higher coating uniformity than conventional fluidized bed.

3.        Coating material utilization above to 99%.

4.        Unique material movement pattern, completely solve the enteric coating collapse phenomenon.

5.        The unique online moisture supplements system, completely solve the problem of static electricity generated in the coating process.

6.        The device has a unique material temperature feedback control system. By material temperature feedback, the device automatically controls inlet air temperature and spray switch. It ensures the stability of the experimental process, which can achieve the best process requirements.

7.        Atomization pressure has real-time numerical display function. When the pressure less than the set value, the protection function will automatically stop spray.

8.        Materials are less abrasion. Pellets are less broken. It is particularly suitable for low strength pellets coating.

9.        Equipment energy consumption is less. Because the coating chamber is compact, so air and material sufficiently heat exchange.

10.    The device coating temperature control is precise. And it has good atomization results. It also has a reliable coating quality.
