Applications:

Pelletizing Features:

2. The device has a higher coating uniformity. Materials do stereoscopic mixing motion in the rotating airflow. Been tested, it has a higher coating uniformity than conventional fluidized bed.
3. Coating material utilization above to 99%.
4. Unique material movement pattern, completely solve the enteric coating collapse phenomenon.
5. The unique online moisture supplements system, completely solve the problem of static electricity generated in the coating process.
6. The device has a unique material temperature feedback control system. By material temperature feedback, the device automatically controls inlet air temperature and spray switch. It ensures the stability of the experimental process, which can achieve the best process requirements.
7. Atomization pressure has real-time numerical display function. When the pressure less than the set value, the protection function will automatically stop spray.
