The device is use of extrusion - spheronization method to prepare blank and drug-containing pellets. It is ideal equipment for pellets mass production in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industry and other industries.
Working Principle:
First of all, evenly mix raw materials and auxiliary materials. And then by adding wetting agent make it become soft material. By screws and the propeller blade feeder jointly promoting,the soft material goes into the extruder warehouse. By the extrusion of the radial extruder, the soft material goes through the circumference forming pore plate form a dense cylindrical extrudate. The dense cylindrical extrudate goes into the spheronization pan. Driven by the tooth plate, the joint action of shear force、centrifugal force and friction turned them into spherical pellets.

1. The device has a unique rotating extrusion structure (Patent number: ZL201520098645.3). In the extrusion process, the material is maintained at a low temperature. It ensures that the material invariance、wetting agents no volatilization、process stability. Therefore, the device is particularly suitable for heat-sensitive materials. It is also suitable for the product using volatile organic solution as a wetting agent.
2. Device equipped with a variety of pore plates. It can produce 0.2-5.0mm pellets.
3. Equipment uses automatic PLC control system. According to the process situation, you can set the extrusion speed、extrusion time、automatic discharge time. According to the material properties, you can also set spheronization program、spheronization speed、spheronization time. This ensures optimal pellets integrity and yield.
